Orders and Enquiries
Please remember that Kyle Keepsakes is operated from home to keep costs low and so the savings can be passed on to you.  Therefore please do not visit
without an appointment, and keep any telephone calls between 9am and 7pm GMT.  Thank you.
Please contact us if you require a custom made sampleThe first two samples are free, and thereafter a charge of £3.00 is made for each sample, this is to cover the cost of materials and postage. 
All mail order will be subject to a £6.00 delivery charge for orders under £100 and £8.50 for orders over £100.  Local area orders (20 mile radius of Ayr) will be hand delivered free of charge. Orders are sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Payment for orders is required in full in advance, once we have received your order request we will send confirmation of the order and cost.  Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, or by credit and debit cards (cash for local orders only - do not send cash by post). Although most credit/debit cards can be used for mail order some cards (Visa Electron, Solo etc) require to be swiped and cannot be used for mail order. All goods remain the property of Kyle Keepsakes until full payment is received.

Prices  - Prices in this brochure are as of  13th January 2005.  We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notification.  Check for current price prior to ordering. In the case of overpayment by the customer, we will pay the difference by check with the delivery of goods.
Refunds/Returns - Refunds will be given for faulty products only. No refunds for unused items. We must be notified within seven days of delivery of any damage or missing items. Damaged items will be replaced, but they must be returned for inspection within 14 days of delivery or there will be nor replacement or refund.
Goods remain the property of Kyle Keepsakes until full payment has been received in full.
We endeavour to produce all orders within 4-6 weeks, but at busy times (March -August)
orders may take longer.  Please specify when ordering when goods are required.
Express Service - We offer an express service where goods can be sent within 2 weeks of order. There is a charge for this service of £10.00. Not all items are available with this service.
Cancellations - We appreciate that sometimes weddings are cancelled.  We do try to be as sympathetic as we can in the circumstances, but it will depend on the orders status on how we deal with this.
Order placed - but not processed, no materials purchased - full refund
Order placed - goods bought, but products not produced - we will take payment for the
material cost and any other charges incurred for the goods (eg delivery of materials from suppliers) - and refund the remainder of the order.
Order placed - order complete - payment required in full. Goods will be delivered to the
customer. We can attempt to resell items on customer's behalf, but this may not be possible if the items are personalised. Customer will be advised if Kyle Keepsakes feels it will be able to resell the goods. If goods are resold to another customer, the original customer will receive a full refund.
Once goods are despatched to the customer, no cancellation will be accepted.
